Snow Horn

The Snowhorn is perfect for cooling down big volumes of product in almost every step of the production process. Due to the expansion of the used CO2 gas, the Dohmeyer Snowhorn also create an O2 free environment which prevents oxidation of the processed products. Besides the anti-oxidation, the CO2 gas also creates a bacteriostatic atmosphere in closed spaces, further prolonging the quality and the shelf life of the final product.
