CryoRoll is cryogenic freezer designed for high-performance freezing of industrial materials as rubber and plastic, typically prior to grinding or milling. It features a rotating drum where the product is exposed to liquide nitrogen. The system reaches extremely low temperaturesdown to -196°C ensuring a high temperature gradient for rapid thermal exchange. This enables effective embrittlement, significantly improving the efficiency of grinding and milling process.
