The Dohmeyer Top Lifting Tunnel provides flexibility and efficiency for your production process. It has been designed with class leading hygiene features such as the elimination of seals, that the top lifts along the total length of the tunnel, thus giving easy access for cleaning and that all the internal surfaces are sloped towards the drainage points.

The bottom exhaust draws the cold gas through the product freezing zone and increases efficiency
Contains integrated safety valve within the pipeline, providing pressure relief back to the storage tank
Easily cleanable belt with an open structure avoids product being trapped or minimizes trapped product
Servo driven gearbox gives a huge range of belt speeds so the dwell time within the freezing zone can be adjusted from 90 seconds to 3 hours
