Snow Horn

The Snowhorn is perfect for cooling down big volumes of product in almost every step of the production process. Due to the expansion of the CO2 gas used, the Snowhorn also creates an oxygen-free environment, which prevents oxidation of the processed products. Besides the anti-oxidation, the CO₂ gas also creates a bacteriostatic atmosphere in closed spaces, further improving the quality and prolonging the shelf life of the final product.
